Bill Strocco created this boutique advisory firm to service a variety of clientele with diverse real estate advisory needs in a dynamic and changing marketplace. He has managed all operations including the oversight of junior advisers and performed all duties as licensed Managing Broker.
Since 2007, Mr. Strocco has successfully completed $90 million in sale and lease transactions with St. Rocco Properties. The company has a regional focus in Southern California, and a main emphasis in San Diego County.
The company has worked on transactions including land entitlement sales, institutional grade retail investments, R&D building acquisitions and dispositions, class A medical office leasing and class A & B general office leasing, retail restaurant lease buyout, and a 40 year ground lease buyout with the City of San Diego.
Noteworthy clients include: the Catholic Diocese of San Diego, the Cowling Family Trust, Layton Belling & Associates, Filippi’s Pizza Restaurants, and Advisor Media.
